Manuscript Requirements

All submissions must represent original work that has not been published elsewhere or is currently under review by another journal. Manuscripts should present novel findings with robust methodologies that support reproducibility and contribute to the advancement of knowledge.

Please ensure your manuscript meets the following technical requirements:

  • Maximum length of 10 pages, excluding abstract, references, and appendices
  • Structured abstract of 100-200 words with 3-5 relevant keywords
  • Use APA or IEEE citation style as appropriate for your discipline
  • Submit in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX format with source files
  • Ensure proper grammar, spelling, and clarity throughout the manuscript
  • Include high-resolution figures and tables with appropriate captions

Authors are strongly encouraged to use our professionally designed manuscript template to ensure proper formatting and expedite the review process.

Submission Process

Please submit your complete manuscript via email to editorinchief@jetsr.org. Your submission package should include:

  • Complete manuscript file in the required format
  • Cover letter detailing the significance and novelty of your work
  • Completed and signed author agreement form
  • Any supplementary materials, datasets, or appendices
  • ORCID identifiers for all authors (recommended)

Copyright and Publication Rights

Upon acceptance, authors must complete and sign the Author Agreement Form, which grants ResearchSphere the necessary rights to publish and distribute the work while allowing authors to retain certain rights for their own use. The agreement ensures proper attribution and protects both authors and the journal.
