Publication Policy

1. Each research paper can list up to 5 authors under our standard policy. The base publication fee covers up to five co-authors per paper.
2. For every additional author beyond the fifth, an extra fee of ₹200 per author applies. Authors must inform the publication team in advance about the total number of authors.
3. Printed copies of certificates or published papers are not provided. All documents will be issued in digital format only.
4. After successful publication, no requests for modifications to paper content or author details will be entertained.
5. The submitted manuscript must be the original work of the author(s), with all listed contributors having significantly contributed and being responsible for its contents.
6. The first (corresponding) author is expected to act on behalf of all authors, accepting the copyright and publication terms, and will handle any future disputes if they arise.
7. Submitted work must not have been published or under review elsewhere. Authors confirm that the work does not violate any copyright laws. If any issues arise post-publication, the paper may be withdrawn without notice.
8. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable by default. Refunds will not be granted for extra or incorrect payments, no-shows, or additional page fees. If requested at least 2 days before the final registration deadline, refunds may be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges. No refunds will be processed after the deadline.
9. We reserve the right to amend or update this publication policy at any time. Authors are advised to check this section periodically for any updates.
